| Correctly pricing for sale real estate will make all the difference |
| When you are not sure about something wouldn?t it be nice to have an expert opinion. A lady we spoke to is currently working with a realtor, she asked us if we would provide an appraisal for her property. We did provide an appraisal and she said it was lower than what she got from her current realtor. We explained the process we use to arrive at the value we placed on her home. We asked her if her realtor provide her with the process they used to derive their value for her home. She said she wasn?t provided that information, but that the realtor showed her similar properties selling for what she was quoted. We asked her how many potential buyers did you speak with in the past month she said two, to which we asked did any of them asked if the price was negotiable. We know that in this market everything is negotiable. |
