We do both residential and commercial loans.  We don’t always require a “C of O” and we also offer 100% financing (as either 1 loan or as an 80/20 split).   

Bad credit is not an issue with us because we can use compensating factors to qualify your clients when other mortgage banks would say No. 

We will even pre-qualify your clients for a mortgage before a contract is signed, which insures that every client closes, hassle-free.
